Player Key

I have just got Blood Bowl Legendary Edition and downloaded it. There was no problems what so ever until I launched the game. It asked for a Player Code and I entered the one on the game. The one where you right click and select view CD Key. It did not work after multiple attempts.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

use the key but do not use dashes in it, just one long string of characters

I did not bother taking dashes out, I just used the button that says "copy to clipboard" when viewing the key, (under library: all games), and right click on the game name and select view cd key then pasted by ctrl+V (on windows anyway) where it asks for the key when laucnhing the game. :)
