Finding server...[time]

Been having problems recently about finding a match. Usually the process of finding matches would be first, "finding match...[time elapsed]", followed by "finding server...[time elapsed (which would usually be very short)]", then the choice to accept/decline would appear.

Right now, I would always get stuck at the "finding server" part, where the timer would just run on from the "finding match" timer (usually it resets to 0:00). But the worse part is the game says "finding server" but it never makes it to the part where I get to accept or decline a match. Basically what happens is that the game just goes back to "finding match" after it simply decides that it's taking too long for "finding server", even till now as im typing this it still hasn't reached the accepting or declining part yet. Anyone knows what's wrong?
