A good disabler with decent damage output?

I find that I often join a team without a good disabler in pub games.
Can someone suggest me a good disabler with decent damage output?
I've been looking at Sand King and Earthshaker.
What's people opionion on them, and does anyone has other suggestions?

Bane, ideal build with 3 disables and a ♥♥♥♥♥ of an Ulti

batrider is nice to for this

Tidehunter with blink dagger (preferred) or phase boots with his ultimate (disable a whole team). Gush for the nuke.

Or Jakiro (ice path for disable, then tons of slow and duration damage).

Rhasta is the best. Refresher & staff. OP nuff said.

bane is the best disabler,
but all his powers are unit target and 3/4 are disable powers, so he is a bit specialized hero

sand king is good and rather easy, earthshaker is very hard to play but have more potential,
you migh want to try : lion, crystal maiden, tidehunter, bane, ogre magi, jakiro, venomancer

doom's ult is easily the best single target disable in the game.

depends whether you want a single target lockdown or aoe
especially if you have a naix on the opposite side you have to look at heroes who have spells thatll go through immunity

single target; bane is an obvious choice. Lion is not bad, so is shadowshaman
aoe; jakiro, sandking, earthshaker

sidenote; batrider and naga are also very good utility supports

Needs quite a bit of farm to get those items though, and Rhasta is a support so ideally shouldn't even be competing for last hits.

Lion can basically kill most heroes when he reaches level 6 practically by himself, early on in the game.
