Steam crashing

Hello,

For some strange reason everytime I attempt to log into steam it goes into not responding mode. I assume it's dota 2 trying to update for yesterday I had to wait for it to respond and eventually worked. Now if I attempt to wait, after 10 minutes or so it crashes. Are their any solutions to this?? I do not want to waste my compendium battle points :p since I first used it yesterday which I received from my friend.

Please exit Steam and go to the folder called C:\Program Files\Steam\ (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).

Delete the files listed below:

- steam.dll
- ClientRegistry.blob

Restart your computer.

and When you login into Steam click on "steamerrorreporter.exe"

Thanks for trying to help :) but currently can't get past the "logging into profile" step, oh and btw I tried deleting -steam.dll and ClientRegistry.blob, still nothing. Is there a problem with my computer? If not are there and other solutions?

Oh and can't click "steamerrorreporter.exe" since can't get onto the "store" page.

1. Press steam
2.Type in details
3.Says logging in
4.Another steam tab opens
Nothing happens, not responding, open task manager, close it.

Tried again with no luck, probably soemthing wrong with my computer, i shall look into it if I get the time, thanks for trying :)

Yeah tried basically all, hope steam fixes and it not a one off.
