Russian comments when spectating a game. How to fix it? (I'm not russian)
So I was spectating a game from international qualifiers, and all the comments were in russian. My canadian friend saw english comments. So does steam think that if I live close to Russia, I want to see what russians are saying? Is there a way to fix it?

On the right side of the screen , you have dropdown boxes where you can choose the comments and camera point of view.
If it doesn't appear, there is a button to pop it in the top right corner (a small eye if I remember correctly).

If the game have only been commented by russians, you wont have choice (but I think there is always at least one english version)

There is way to change chat region: instead of clicking "view game", you click "join game" in friend list on people who spectating same game.
