2GB Dota 2 Update has broken the game

Well, not exactly broken but screwed it up. Some characters can create a ball of red crossis that gets emitted from them when using a power (I think, look at my screenshots if you can to see what I am talking about). Also, sounds have been affected. Some people do not have announcers anymore and characters have no dialogue. From the settings, you should usually be able to set the speech ON, EVENT ONLY or OFF but after update it has become OFF, EVENT ONLY and OFF which is weird. Where did on go? So, have you guys seen anything else I didnt mention? It seems only a fraction of people are affected by this, me included.

Also seems to have sound stutter.

When you go to the Learning section, and hold your mouse on a hero, for example Slardar, it doesn't say "Slardar" but "NPC_DOTA_HERO_SLARDAR" and also it doesn't say "Carry" for example, it says "DOTA_Hero_Selection_AdvFilter_Carry"
some pretty weird ♥♥♥♥ happened after the update, please fix that as fast as possible!

you guys already checked the intergirty of the local gamedata ?

the graphical part sounds to me as a corrupt file ..../ some corrupt files....

the missing options is weird ...... Oo i do not know....

update of 2gb file is so huge.... I dun mind big files if I can download smoothly.. but it kleeps stalling!

OMG 2gb update its too much guys 1gb is enough M screwed up my internet is too slow and it will take 2 to 3 days to download it.. ♥♥♥♥

i think im downloading some other game that is for 4 gbs.. better then updating dota 2 for 2 gbs !
