Stucked on this mmr. Belong here?

Um yeah, just that, im stucked between 3800 and 4100 mmr, i dont know if it is where i belong, im a support and i think i do my job fine, 70% of teammates arent that good, everyone is a carry (excepting in some games of course) and i dont like very much this mmr, i mean is not terrible but i can never play as other role sometimes i wanna be the carry (one every 15 games i can). When i get to 4000 or around i start having bad games over and over, maybe by own mistakes, not effective communication with team or intentional feeders (srslsy is not whinning).. so, any tips of how i can grow my mmr? im not toxic, im always nice and positive with teammates even if they are insulting me a lot in foreign languages and we are losing (and sometimes that works and we end up winning). I dont belive in that "mmr depends of luck only", but how do u improve it more?

There is a lot of peruvians here, and a huge quantity of hard carrys and they are not that smart, but i try to support them on (you get it? because im not a carry so i dont carry them haha ok not funny)
