Valve Customer service,

I opened a petition 3 days ago to Valve for their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ servers going down, i got stuck un able to que for 24 hours, since then i went to get a drink while i was queing, and my que popped instantly, i missed my que and now i cant que for 24 hours again, because of a server problem. Not only does this piss me off, i still have recieved zero customer service feedback from Steam Support in over 3 days, they dont even reset the time bans on accounts even though there was known server issues in US West. Where is the customer service? Their way of service things is completely unprofessional.

valve doesn't reset time bans this isn't blizzard you don't pay for anything else than items in the store so basically you don't have the right to complain about something which is obviously your own fault.

I would pay for a legitmanet copy for this game if it enticed good customer service.

if the server went down their fault, but if you went to get a drink and missed it your fault 100% could have got a drink before you searched or canceled search to get it

Or got the drink while people were loading in. After already hitting accept on a queue.

It generally takes Steam Support at least a week to respond to a ticket, even a relatively high-priority one. Needless to say, trying to have a 24 hour ban removed via a week-long process is a bit redundant.

Anyway, Jackfrost was right several posts ago; Valve doesn't remove automated punishments like queue suspensions or low priority punishments. They just don't. They wouldn't have the manpower to do it even if they wanted to due to the sheer number of tickets they have to swim through every day.

Lol, i love people that complain about customer service. Like that isnt even a customer service problem, Custom Service should help mostly with account hijacks, but having customer service help because you went a to get a drink...? Hmmm try again

You dont even understand what i am saying. I am saying that you all get 5 mins no que if you miss a que, and i get 24 hours? But you think thats some how fair? If you accidentally miss a que or are unable to connect to a game via server issues, im sure you wouldnt be expecting 24 hours.
