Battle level bundle. Fixed Steam support

Bought for 13.29 Euro this battle level bundle for 50 lvls and 2x immo 1 2 and collector cache, and now my wallet is 0 Euro, but got absolutly nothing no lvls no treasures .... what can I do ?

I'm getting this issue too, bought it, but as the transaction in dota was going through the server dropped out(?) and now I seem to have lost the item even though I have proof of purchases in my emails. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Just went on their website to request a refund, and got this message:

"We are having a temporary problem communicating with the game's item server. Unfortunately, this prevents us from being able to continue with your refund request. Please try again later."

Guess we just have to wait it out.
