>GPM is 251
You should work on your last hits man. Aim for at least 400+ GPM every game. Void is a carry, and he really needs the gold to reach his potential.
>Quelling Blade, Mask of Madness, Crystalys, Belt of Strength, Boots
Treads is fine. Quelling Blade/Iron Talon is fine.
However Mask of Madness was nerfed hard in a previous patch so you're better off with a HoTD or Vlads.
Crystalys is also good, but it should be picked up much later on. Preferably after another item such as Yasha/Vlads/Maelstrom/Diffusal. You built it before you finished treads even.
Yasha makes you hit faster and run/chase better. It can also be built into an SnY or Manta.
Vlads is a cheap way to give Void damage, mana regen, and lifesteal.
Maelstrom helps you farm and the attacks speeds allows you to proc your stun more often.
Diffusal makes you hit harder, allows you to chase down a target, and even remove debuffs from yourself.

I'm going to assume you're a legitimately new player, so read up on guides.
General skills you need to learn about the game are:
-positioning
-learning about counters
-appreciating wards/smoke
-farming and laning safely and efficiently
-learning when you should push or fight
-learning how to play every role effectively
Read the Purge guide if you have not already. I also recommend watching his videos:
https://www.youtube.com/user/PurgeGamers
1. Last Pick what the team needs is usually a smart move. Even if the role not your strong point. At your winrate better to improve your overall experiences.
2. Communicate with team, call missing, call out ganks, etc...
3. Rotate to help lanes that are struggling. This is the biggest thing alot of low bracket players fail to do in a timely fashion. Players usually rather complain than help.
I'd say helm of the Dom just cause he can build into Satanic later and it's cheaper than Vlads, Also it allows him to stack camps afk for better farm, And I suppose he could farm a moon shard to substitute for his MoM, because most Void players will buy MoM for the early game chrono kills since they more than likely don't have good attack speed. Crystalys is also a decent item because of it's true damage and crits. It's also relatively cheap, so in his case. With 255 gpm it might be better to buy cheaper items to make him more effective in the early/mid game.
But my advice to you is to just farm, You wannt aim to make your xpm/gpm somewhat even at like 400+ it's really important Dota is pretty much all about farm, don't be greedy for kills and don't go for things if you don't feel confident in your skills/farm. chasing someone with 200hp left across the river may seem like a free kill but the entire enemy team could be waiting for you, and you lose farm. You get set back.
The way I like to think about it is, killing 3 or so creep camps will give you about as much money/xp as you'd get for killing a hero.
