do you mean boycot? dota is a free game. skins are 180% optional you are not forced to buy them

people never afk in my matches so maybe it has something to do with your behavior score

The game doesn't know when someone is going to go AFK and throw a match- it can only predict a person's performance based on what they've done in the past.
