Matchmaking Improvement Sugguestion

I hope valve could give us more option when we try ranking.
Option to Select country so you match up with fellow countryman.
Option to Select the Role you perfer to play, Primary and secondary Role. So you will match up with other role. A good Balance (not all carry situation)
Role for example Role 1 (Hard Carry) Role 5 (Full Support) Role 2 (Mid Lane)
Please think about it for the experience and community.
Now dota have been having people saying Sea cancer etc.
Many people hate to play with certain group or country people.
If you can create so many Server for China, Can't you provide one for Singapore, One for Thailand, One for philippines. Please think about it seriously. Now Sea is mix up with Indonesia, philippines, malaysia, thailand, singapore, vietnam and even some from india and japan.
6 to 7 country in one server? Sometime we get DC player from bad network player from other country. That why I believe having a few more server for this region will help so people can play with people likly same on par in term of network and region.

there their heroes roles are fixed.

there are so many heroes in dota 2 where they got multiple roles.

best example is this hero

1) abaddon

he is a carry, support, tanky strength hero type all into one.

you can't just go use him as full support or full carry or full tank playing style.

he is more towards team fight support hero as well as semi carry and semi tank.

main reason is due to his ult that makes him an effective support and effective tank hero in team fights.
