How do I keep my resolution?
Evertime I play the game, I have to go into the options menue and change it. Is there any way to have it stay the way I want it to?

You mean the resolution setting does not save?
If so, there might be a fix for it. Not just the resolution setting only, but all other settings that do not save when restartin' the game.
Go to your Left 4 Dead/left4dead/cfg/autoexec.cfg and remove all the commands in that configuration file, except for those that you have added AND you know what they do for sure.
Give a reply to check if it worked or not.
