Game bug - stuck on clan war: trailer trashing

I'm lvl 50 siren trying to complete all my mission on my second run through. but there's is a glitch with this particular mission, clan war, where I'm suppose to go to 'Hodunk trailer park' in the Dust map and turn on the gas tank to blow up some trailers. but I can't complete this mission because gas tank won't turn on.
anyone who's on their second run and haven't finished this mission, would you kindly help me out?
