What doesn't the GOTY version include?
I've waited a while for this version. Just one thing I need to know before buying.

Everything released after the 26th of june(release day of tiny tinas assault on dragons keep dlc) isn't included.

So, some skins and the ultimate vault hunter upgrade pack 2 are missing.

ok. so the only things worth getting are the upgrade pack and maybe a few skins I fancy right.

Yup. Personally i never bought any skins. Only get the ultimate vault hunter upgrade pack 2 and you're fine. If you feel like buying skins, wait for the xmas sales and get them for €0,33 instead of €0,99. ^^

Remember there will be new dlc's in the next 2 months. A halloween themed dlc for example.

Wow. There's even MORE DLC being released? Even after the "game of the year" version. Sigh. I heard Gearbox really went overboard with DL$.

Well thanks. Might as well wait a little longer. I'll get this game for 75% off like Borderlands 1 was last week.

The ONLY DLC you need to enjoy hundreds of hours of gameplay is NONE. Anything else is just extra.

I heard that Tiny Tina's DLC was supposed to be the last dlc for the game but after it's release people wanted even more content so Gearbox went on to make more. I don't know for sure if this really happened but I could see it being true. The game is a lot of fun and Tiny Tina's dlc was really good.

This is what you call a straw man. Here, you allege that posters in this thread have not paid for anything - that they essentially work for free. This is an easy position to attack.

But that position is blatantly false. We have paid for the game. Gearbox has our money already.

Do you remember back when extra characters and skins would be the reward for beating the game?

Yeah, Borderlands 2 was the last game I played that did this. Fun times!

Oh, are we only focusing on the 30 skins you can buy if you want and not the hundreds in-game?
