Season pass will gone after third DLC is released?

No, I mean after the release of the third DLC from the SP you won't be able to buy SP and you will have to buy all the DLC's separately.

Season Pass was a steal anyway, this game deserves to be thrown money.There were offers of Season Pass throughout Christmas for about 10-20 bucks. It's their loss!

you worded your question akwardly. But to answer your question, no they havent officaly said they'll be taking it down.

No. It has not been officially announced that it will be taken down. It has been announced however, that they will release a bundle of the dlcs after the last dlc is released which i believe will include the mechromancer and the creature slaughter dome ( Not 100% sure on the 2 extra dlcs).

there is 4 dlc's in the season pass and why would it "go" ? not a smart move to stop selling it

Season Pass is 4 dlcs, but they suggested, that more content may be developed. With Season Pass you will get for sure all 4 big dlcs.
