i need hewlp
ok so i just bought the game and me and my friend try to play it but it saysi need to have the upodated version of the game how do i update

Try restarting steam. It might then check the status of all your installed games and start downloading any updates it needs.

You may want to check the status of your game in the library as well,
Right click Borderlands 2, select properties at the bottom of the menu. Then go to the update tab and make sure it's set to "Always keep this game up to date"

all my games are up to date i have tryed reinstalling the games and restarted steam:(
