Could Robert Downy Jr. Play a Handsome Jack?

(Excuse my spelling if I was off) The more and more I played borderlands the more I liked Jack as a top teir ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Thought to myself "Jeez its like Tony Stark if he was a total- oh my God"
So I ask you, if there was ever (Not that I want it) a Borderlands movie could Downy be the Handsome jack we all love to hate?
