What are "Borderlands 2 Unused Pre-Order DLC 1,2,3" ??

Does anyone know what these are? Do they show up in your steam library as game DLC?

i believe they are now called "Collector's Edition", "Creature Slaughter Dome" and "Premiere Club" and should appear as these in the DLC list.

Could be I mix something up, but they are all in the GOTY as far as I remember.

But why do they also show up it in the regular base game? according to the SteamDB link above

Not sure, but I assume they are still there so people having pre ordered can use their DLC, while everyone else can't buy them anymore because they are called differently and included in other DLC. I'm assuming, not knowing, but it makes sense.
