well considering that you find a decapitated head of a Psycho bandit in a secret area in "Duke Nukem Forever" (part of the "Bucket Head" achievement), it doesn't seem too far off to throw in some Duke Nukem easter eggs here-and-there, or have Jon St. John voice a major character.

Too early for BL3 announcement. Considering that battleborn was released not that long time ago, BL3 will be at least a year and a half in development. Unless, they hired 2Kinsertrandomcountryhere to make it.
