so far game's not working
need to document what's being done and can't find my notes for the game that allowed it to work
i believe there's something different in win10 vs win11 but again i'm back to figuring out this dumb game to get it to work.

maybe opengl -> vulkan is that a thing?

Managed to get the game working. Updated PC Gaming Wiki to share the fix with others. I can only use one monitor when playing this game as such recording is very challenging. I used to like games like this but have since stopped liking them for some reason. It's too scripted and my history with RTS games is playing them competitively.

After playing superior versions that don't get stuck on simple actions and have a bit more speed to them I cant honestly rate this one. seems like it should of been good, but for the modern audiences it is a little slow, and not engaging. I can't give it more time if i am honest. a shame.
