How many fps have you got?

well, i have like 190 when not in combat.. In combat i have like 60-100

20-30, 15 if I am in battle, but lowering everything in the graphics options does help, even if it does look crappy.

200+ 8 core amd 4ghz OC liquid cooled 16 gb ram, windows 7 x64 GeForce GTX 690 i can throw any game at this rig and it runs it like nothing

I can get a consistent 60-50 FPS with all of the graphics settings at either medium or low, playing the game at a 800x600 resolution, and using chris' highframes config.

Can you tell my computer is a PoS?

No idea... though I know my best ping I have ever had was around 40 (Playing online) and 5 (Playing offline).
