It depends on your taste. I usually go for original hats that not many people wear.
Also, try to pick a misc that would fit the theme of the hat you picked.

For instance, if you're taking the Swatter, I would recommend either the Croco Smile or the Veil.
Worst Nightmare - Triad - Champ Stamp
Lone Star - Teufort Tooth Kickers

There are some matches out there, but it's true that Sniper is a bit problematic, as it doesn't have a big variety to choose from.
