Scout, I'd argue the boston basher + Winger.
but i say this combination is terrible
overdose + quick-fix + bonesaw
the the overdose works better to preserve uber that is hard to obtain, like uber from the stock medigun or even from the kritz, but the QF uber comes so quickly is not even worth it, also the advantage from the overdose is kind of pointless with the QF since you could always pocket classes that are able to move fast, like charging demos or scouts
i thought the vaccinator might also work for this, but the overdose bonus is more noticeable with it
