Anyway OP, there's nothing you can do unless you have a screenshot of the chat. If you did then you could report him to SteamRep and have him marked as a scammer but sounds like you didn't keep the evidence.
Not sure, Valve certainly has realized that /me can be used for scamming since they removed it in the Steam community beta, but i don't know if they'll reverse the trade... but if you have a screenshot then you should submit it to SteamRep along with a picture of the trade from your trade history
also http://steamrep.com/ is a website where you can check to see if a user has scammed in this past. in fact i just checked and the guy who scammed you is a known scammer: http://steamrep.com/search?q=76561198080250307, you probably don't need to file a report since he's already marked...
if something happens, I'm sure they'll let you know.
