hello, this is happening in every game for me, i dont know if im the only one having this problem.

everytime i join a game, the motd for it or join screen says cef_error_header-6.

this also happens when i use a plugin like !shop or !rules.

it just says #cef_error_header-6

#cef_unknown

if anyone knows how to fix this please comment below

happens to me also, very odd

Try this:

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2
After that run the .exe file as adminsitrator and change the compatibility mode to Windows 7 (if you're using Windows 8).

I had an similar error awhile ago, try validating the files.

If you dont have the gameinfo.txt find a website where its at and make a notepad as it and save it as "gameinfo.txt" and put it in your HL2 folder, it works for me now! :D
