It is happening
TF2 is DYING. (deleted section about Stabby-stabby because seems like everyone hated me for it cause didn't say it the way I wanted to). If Valve actually paid a little attention to the community, pubs wouldn't be so... empty. (as in annoying). This game has the potential of more than just killing stereotypes wearing a different coloured hats and clothes, but a lot of people don't realise it. That's why I can't stand Vave servers. AND THE SQUEAKERS DON'T GET ME STARTED PLEASE. I'm not even one year into this game and it's already getting boring: not the game, but the community. All TF2 youtubers, from commentators to SFMers are the thing that keeps me here. And EOTL... Seriously, I'm going to state a wise mind's quote said thousands of years (13 days) ago: "The fact that Valve doesn't earn money when someone installs the game doesn't mean it has to be ignored by them." But it kinda is. I'm sorry for being harsh, but I honestly would've waited 2 more months for EOTL if it went as Mcvee wanted: Map. Weapons.
Overwatch is gonna be almost as hard for TF2 as World of Speed (release the freaking beta already dammit) is for NFS World. TF2 is not full of hackers and people who only use the most OP loadout; yet. That's the thing: People don't realise they have to put effort. Everyone is forgetting about the diversity this game offers.

If you're only here because a few youtube commentators and SFMakers are keeping you here, you're playing for the wrong reasons.

On the note of Overwatch, I'm looking forward to it. Not only does it look like it's going to be fun to play, but it'll also force VALVe to step up their game with TF2.

Yeah, the 3rd most played game on Steam is dying. And no one cared about stabby.

I never said Stabby is the reason TF2 is dying, but someone who has put so much time into TF2 quits and he said it's cause he doesn't enjoy pubs and they lost the last UGC (so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ close).

Stabby is a pretty popular TF2 commentator who quit after they lost the last UGC.
