Obvious troll factor aside (Triggering cloak to make teammates unable to shoot), it would be overpowered as hell.
I hope that I don't need to explain WHY it would be overpowered, because it would be blatantly obvious to anyone who has played more than a couple hours of TF2.
How about a minigun that does AoE damage the size of rockets, but -10% fire rate? AoE heal medic beam, but -10% slower ubercharge build ( oh the ubercharge is AoE too ).
Mini aoe sentry gun, but fires -10% slower.
AoE stealth = NO. Even if it gave the spy 1 health, removed all his weapons and turned him into a bonk energy drink, it would still break the game.
