♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thousands of them.
And you're also made a bad weapon that will end up the least used as huo-long and natascha. I mean what the hell is the point of this weapon? blow air?
It is made to be defensive
Oh great, another way to blow off the soldier and demo because 'nothing counters them'.. THERE'S A THING CALLED AN AIRBLAST AND A SHORT CIRCUIT.
Stop trying to bring more cancer to demoman and soldier and actually use short circuit then.
The flamethrower somewhat makes sense, but wut
Meh, i can probably pull an idea out of my ass to blow air out of a minigun but logically it wouldn't even blow away a person..
This thread is about the stats
It's sad, really, that on these boards, people tend to care more about the Pyro's gender, or what the least original rename for a weapon is.
/endofrant
I'd really like the idea of a minigun that ships with an additional function - though I'm not too fond of this one, for a few reasons.
First, what do you mean with 'blast of air'? Just knockback? Or a 360° anti-projectile forcefield? I don't really see use of the former outside of MvM (all it'd do is preventing people from getting close - but what fool would ever want to get up close to a spun-up Heavy to begin with?), and no niche for the latter, because I don't think it'd be a good addition to the Heavy vs Soldier/Demo setup; as I see it, that'd be one of these features that can only ever be viable or fair for the recieving party much like slowdown. And yeah, the downsides you are trying to balance it with are pretty negligible
I'd go for a different base-mechanic, maybe?
Now, to add a pair of my own ideas:
Engie Secondary:
Details:
• Attack intervall: 0.1 sec
• Kills, assists, teleportations and healing/repairing 100 health on a friendly target [not yourself, not your own buildings] each fill 1/8 of the meter.
Like the Heatmaker's "Focus" meter, this bar can be charged by using any weapon for kills/assits [including Sentry kills/assists].
• Sentryguns do not benefit from the temporary attack rate buff.
• Reload time: 1.904 sec[/quote]
Soldier Secondary:
Details:
• The Cowmangler is meter-based and actually neither has a clip, nor reserve ammo - using these two items together cancels out both, the clip refilling upside and the ammo pool downside; that basically just results in a shotgun with less spread and a smaller ammo pool.
• If your primary is the Beggar's Bazooka, landing 4 hits in a row is not recommended.
