Glitched Loaner Weapons
So I've seen a bunch of Gun Mettle skins and Invasion items that have acquired the "loaner" attribute. Was/is there a systematic way to do this or was it just a glitch that happened randomly?

It is kind of like what happened to the max's heads turning vintage from what heard. So it must have happened randomly

Oh right. I have one of those. I think the item did not have a wear on it, as in did not say it was FT, FN, WW, etc. Now it is a loaner weapon.

no there was like an actual way to make the Max heads vintage. But I get what you mean.

Just a glitch. It happens when you do trade-ups.

I have a dahl pistol that says its a loaner, but i unboxed it...

I have "A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Warzone Present" that's loaned,altough i bought it with no loan condition (oh well,i'll miss that thing a lot)

I actually had one of those pistols he was talking about. The guy I sold it to said that it was worth like 500 keys. Whether that's true or not, these are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rare items.

I randomly bought a shell shocked rocket launcher FN and was confused when it had the loaner tag. It says it can't be modified is this true? I really want to put a pro ks on it please someone explain
