sniper crosshairs is the most obvious but almost all of them are slightly misaligned
First, try to focus on a specific point in your field of vision and then snap aim on it. If you overshoot, it is too high; if you undershoot, it is too low.
Second, aim at a certain spot in your view and strafe left and right. While strafing, try staying on target. Do so until you find the sensitivity you're most comfortable with. Oh and, don't have mouse acceleration turned on, it causes a huge amount of inconsistency and messes with your muscle memory.
