Crash Right Away OSX 10.8.3
Attempting to launch the game on my Macbook but it is crashing right away without launching the game. Running 10.8.3

Used to be able to play no problem.

The game is broken on mac right now. I'm surprised the mac version is still on the store, it really should be taken down :(

Works fine for me. You do know it says "not currently compatible with 10.8 or later" on the store page?

Didn't notice. Had the game since it came out on Steam. Never had a problem before. Shame since 10.8 is really old now.

Come to think of it this is the only game I know of where there are Maximum reqirements.

This is really kind of B.S. -- it's likely an easy fix (recompile?). Someone should really get on this, can't play my game, and 10.8 has been out for *OVER A YEAR*.

So I've discovered that the windows version does run fine under Parallels Desktop and Windows 8 on my Mac, but that's a lousy alternative, really. Hate to go to virtualization when there's a native version...

I've got the same problem. Whenever I try to load the first world, it just crashes. If only the game developers made sure the mac version worked before putting it up for sale. In any case, maybe if I reinstall it, it'll work?

and also dont make a shortcut! select play game from steam, the shortcut makes it crash for me but steam not

Kinda sad the mac port is neglected. No proper controller support either. :-/
