difference between A Realm Reborn / A Realm Reborn CE

Hi pple. I would like just to ask whats the difference between A Realm Reborn and A Realm Reborn CE ?

CE offers a few little trinkets to play with. A mount, a piece of gear to help early leveling (level 10 or lower), and supposedly CE users will also get the digital goods coming at the PS4 launcha s well. (Fat Chocobo mount being one of them.)
