And then she has no insurance so he has to front the bills himself (though kudos to the charity and people sayin Bethesda should chip in, would be good on them for sure)?

I think if things don't pan out, he should sue the ♥♥♥♥ outta her and whoever was the class A moron that gave the ♥♥♥♥♥ a license in the first place.

i had same thing happen to me except the car was a semi and i was in my lil kia, it tore my car in half, the truck was hitting the gas going through a stop sign, down a hill, in a residential neighborhood; luckily i was not hurt since i managed to slam my brakes at the last possible second, but everything from my firewall forward was pretty much gone
