For those who are interested, the game runs perfectly on Steam Deck with GE Proton 8.25

I just bought this game today. I have also installed the latest version of ubisoft connect and logged in as well. But when I click on the gamer icon , initially the game logo comes on the screen and then the screen turns black , and then the game will be minimised. So no matter what I do , the game wont open at all. I tried verifying the integrity of the game files even that didnt work. So if I dont get a solution soon then I will return this game....

so full screen (normal) can lock the frame rate to 60fps but border-less full screen is uncapped even with v sync on. Is there a way to lock v sync in border-less full screen?

The new AC shows that you can also play a black samurai, and it still fits in well with the historical story of the country. Where in the world do I find my activation code after purchasing? Not in email nor can I find it in Steam by right clicking game in my library.
