How do I get the Yui good ending?

I've gotten several endings, the Yui and Ryn bad endings, which are basically exactly the same in dialogue. I accidentally got the whats-her-name Demon ending, I also got the Taka Ending, but now it seems no matter what I do, I go down the Taka route. What is it that triggers the Taka route? This game isn't very clear on its routing. I believe me running out of the window was what triggered the Demonic route even though it wasn't clear that is what would happen....

I am curious on what I missed for the achievement...please help.

What I have done. So far, I have unlocked all but the last two pictures by doing the following and I was wondering if I missed something or not to grant the achievement or the last two pictures in the "gallery" for this game? ----------- Had the ending with the popular girl after beating up the only other guy in the universe...so to say.
