Missing Flyer Saddles / Inability to Open Flyer Inventories

UPDATE:

Just a quick update for what's going on. An issue slipped past us and did not appear in our testing process, we have identified the cause of the issue and we have fixed it on our end and will be deploying a fix immediately.

We were able to catch this issue quickly thanks to your report, repro and solve it. We will be doing a roll-back of all Official Servers with these fixes being deployed and will be monitoring intensively for any issues going forward.

Sorry about the scare and the roll-back, it sucks and I know you guys were especially excited for the patch - unfortunately some things slip by, even though this seems like a big-issue, it was caused by about 34 characters of code :(.

Now it's resolved, hopefully that'll be the biggest of the dramas and we're expecting to resolve any other issues as they come along perhaps in frequent small updates, or a larger one later this week.

I will keep you posted in this thread as we go along. Also, after the rollback process has completed, if there are any Official Servers which have not had a rollback, please let us know and we'll go check it out.

Thanks guys and we're super sorry about this, we fudged it up but hopefully catching it quickly and resolving it quickly annihilates any permanent damage.

We strongly recommend all server admins upgrade to v241.1 as soon as possible, and consider rollback of their save data if their players were affected by use of 241.0. We rolled-back the Official Servers accordingly approximately 2 hours for this reason. [This roll back was due to an issue with Dinos sinking through buildings and Flyer saddles/inventories not working]

We're aware of an issue occurring since the latest patch update that has made flyer (quetzal, argent, ptera) saddles disappear and is preventing you from accessing their inventories. We're looking into it right now and hope to have a solution for this as soon as technically possible.

Saddles gone

All my birds are either missing or moved and none have saddles?

Likewise, argents, pteras, and quetz are missing saddles on official PVE here. Actually on the quetz, the structures are frozen(not moving with the bird) in the air but the platform saddles are missing.

After the new update Argent, ptera and quetz saddles dissapeared...

Could you please elaborate on this a little bit? What dinos did you lose and how did you lose them? Also unofficial or officiaa (which server #)?

All my birds have lost their saddles and other birds are sunked into the ground and one quetz has fallen through into the low half of the base... ROLL BACK! PLEASE. This is pathetic DEVS!
