I already tried the pinned soultion but still wont work tries to reinstall nothin pleas ehlp

Ive had a splash screen problem for almost a year and I tried nearly every fix possible. I then unistalled chrome, ran ccleaner, and went to regedit and pressed control+F and typed in "Chrome" and then deleted any traces I found. It worked! IT WORKS! ;_;

i am a player just like you and you dont have todo any of the suggestions
i love the game and soon have spend 1000hours in it ,and notice that other have trouble with the game

a standard post msg that try cover the basic to many post each day that have diffrent issue
from the lowest gear pc to highest and other addware or virus to firewall/antivirus program that not allowed list so the game dont play

right click on the game - Properties
from Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game.

with no computer spec information, either you have it or not ( could allso tell you why if you missing something )

gfx card driver and win system its a most today...
pc is uptodate ? (windows update )

(check video card driver through steam) should work with the right homepage for your card
in top left menu steam menu – check for video driver updates ( look for auto update apps if such is made, if you dont know what todo )

game use adobe flash so that is allso need updated...

allso mortherboard or if its a named pc that homepage can allso have many drivers
but do make system point backup so you can restore to current drivers state as they are now...

this is 100% working. download cccleaner and adwcleaner and scan then clean them up with adwclean. for ccleaner go to registry scan for problems. press fix all issues then launch then it works

I tried everything on here. every single thing and my game will not start what in the world is going on I feel robbed no one at sega is helping and I know I cant get a refund and this thing will not fix any other ideas

sorry for being hard one you now silverdood don't take it personally, becuase we dont work for steam or sega or CA, so gives us a little work room please...

with no computer specifications or info other then it dont work , how come you think we can see or read you mind on what the happend at ur end...

we are players like you and some of us had have computer for over 20 years or more and we have learn the hard way on try to fix alot of it problems ...but the post u gives no info ay all and could look like a troll post... if you know what that is...you dont even say i cant figure out that or i have done that and that... if you even miss a problem then you wont get it fix...

I'm having this isssue too, after just having bought the game with a beefy computer. No need for specs really, it blows whatever this wants out of the water.

Anyway, I have a feeling it's some sort of Video Codec issue or something. I'll go through some steps and see what happens.

Edit: Yep, at least for me what's happening is it's just not loading the beginning video for like 5 minutes. After waiting for a while it'll get past it. Hopefully the error doesn't persist into any random cutscenes in game.

yeah but try see it from our side , we are many players here, and only some bother to read forum so rest on the game forum is people with problems or looking for info or a teammate

and then you have seen/read ur info , you dont give any info, but you can allso try TW forum maybe they can help you,

have you even done the step i mention or as first topic says ? you dont even bother reply on that

and computer spec is a info so we can see, yeap you got it and it should run fine...if alldrivers is up to date...i have seen many how says i have it.. but infact they dont have a clue on anything at all , and dont no anything,, they think just because windows update is up to date then all is fine....its not...

and if you dont follow my guide in check each step by step then you will be lost there forever...
driver is importen and can fix alot but can allso add odd behavier there is allways somebody that can get this but its rare ...

another way to understand this... in other old games i had then they dont work... i wrote to support they all says make dxdiag or msinfo32... thats is a information from the system and in most case they say please update that driver at www.###.com so thats how we did in the old days but many games back they allso need a patch and was typical the problem...
but most steam game is auto uptodate... so we are still at your drivers is maybe not updated by the mortherboard or name pc model...and the graphic drivers...so please verify what you have done or ask for help...we cant mind read or know what have you done
