Oh wait a second, there are probably no PC controls. Because why would those exist if they don't take the effort to make an actual PC port that runs.
some games not all, bit like these days but people didnt moan because they weren't crying arses
Also, did you read the store page? It's not just a straight up port. If it was, they wouldn't give us resolution option and allow us to control other settings.
But no, you're just going to join the circlejerk because you're a damn sheep.
(You're the sheep here)
Have fun with your whole 30 FPS
It's a PSP game. It's a PSP game. It's a PSP game. It's a PSP game.
Repeat that in your head 100 times then maybe you will understand.
And before you even bring up a stupid link about framerates, my PC is most likely better than yours ( Unless you're using a Titan X in which case I'll laugh at you ). I care about FPS and quality games, but as I said earlier, I'll let FPS slide if there's an actual good reason, like I don't know - IT'S A PSP GAME.
PS, you're the sheep for joining the anti-30 fps circlejerk on a PSP game. Why are you even here if not to circlejerk and be a sheep? People like me that actually want to play the game are perfectly fine with the fps limit because we are mature enough to know IT'S A PSP GAME.
Titan X weighing in.

Not sure why a more powerful PC makes your opinion more qualified.
I bet 30 fps give eye cancer or something. The gameplay ? It doesn't matter. The story ? It doesn't matter. The music ? It doesn't matter. The charismatic characters ? It doesn't matter.
I can understand you like the sweetness of a 60fps game. I can't understand you are able to dismiss the rest because a game doesn't have this feature. To sum up: You don't want to play @30 fps ? Don't buy the game. End of story.

The FPS limit is purely an engine limitation ( due to it being made for a handheld ) that would require them to rework far too much for it to be viable. Changing assets to increase the graphics is easier.
Honestly though, your logic makes no sense. If devs went with your logic, the previous Final Fantasies would not have been ported over ( ie FF7 and FF8 ) since it wasn't made for PC.
