Really there is no need for frame rates higher than 30. 30 frames will give you perfectly fluid animation. I would suggest increasing post processing effects instead of fps. Force them from your display drivers. SweetFX. ENBseries. Etc.

And yea, there is a clear difference between 30 and 60fps.
This brings memories of late 90's when i first heard this discussion :D

Oh, and watching film at 60fps is better, too, for things like documentaries, when it's about real life and not fiction. The latter look kinda weird at 60fps IMO.
So that's why that happens? Weird.
