even with all fixes i still get allot of shader graphics errors,is there any fix for amd radeon video cards at least?

so i bought genesis, i read reviews before hand and i've handled old games before. I tired my usual tricks then looked up some help from across the disscussions in the steam community. So i'm pretty much having the same problem as anyone else but i'm having trouble finding solutions. I can launch the game, after going through a massive amount of warrning boxes. people have said that i need to put in the the replay, save, and scripts but there already there i dont know what to do

Does multiplayer work? Is there a LAN mode? Co-Op as in not local Co-Op but rather online Co-Op I hope? Thanks for any replies !
