[Mod] Pro Sparrow & Grud

[Stone Cold Jane Austen]

Just a simple mod, adds pro versions of Sparrow and Grud. This mod also adds a difficulty cap on regular Grud and lowers the difficulty cap on regular Sparrow so they're not available after the pro versions are.

I didn't add a pro Steve because his stats are already almost as good as pro pilots.

Installation

Copy DATA2.PAK from the zip to your Rebel Galaxy PAKS folder. If you already have other mods installed, change the number before copying, eg to DATA3.PAK
Default PAKS folder path is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RebelGalaxy\PAKS

Detailed Description

Sparrow Pro and Grud Pro have the same shields, armour, health and shield regen as the existing pro mercenaries, and are available in the same price range and at the same difficulty levels.
Their loadouts are the same types as the regular versions, but upgraded to higher tiers to give similar DPS to existing pro mercenaries.

Sparrow Pro loadout:

• Fighter Proton Cannon 6 (was 4)
• Fighter Laser Blue 5 (was 3)

Grud Pro loadout:

• Fighter Tachyon Cannon 6 (was 5)
• Swarm Torpedo 6 (was 3)

I've noticed a slight issue: at bars where Grud Pro is for hire, from the main bar view he's invisible, although when you start the conversation to hire him he appears. Not sure why, I used the same approach as for Sparrow Pro and she appears just fine.

Anyway it doesn't stop you hiring him or alter how he behaves, but I'll fix it if I can.

Question Sparrow has HS missles as well, was that upgraded? I dont see it in the log. If so what mk is it now?

- Perhaps she is in different locations then the 1st 4 systems?
- Oh and what price range should i be looking for?


And maybe later I can mod it my self, if this game is not to hard to mod. :) For now all I did was unzip the mod in the PAKS folder.

Additional info. This is the only mod I installed to date.

Pro sparrow along with all the other ace mercs don't show up until later. You have to progress along the main storyline to unlock them. Prices for pros will be anywhere between 80k credits to well over 100k. Sparrows usually in the 80k range.

If you need a place to host Mega.NZ and Mediafire are viable options.
