My game doesn't starts, i've tried the hints from steam, but, nothing...
Crash File [f:\Temp\gs5\crashdumps\GSC.5568.dmp] is created!

Can you post a little more information then please?

PC Spec, exactly what happens, exactly what you have tried etc

Also set -trace=5 in the Launch options for the game, and post a link to the log file generated in
SteamApps\common\Stock Car Extreme\UserData\LOG\trace.txt

i get the same message as sandrock09.......i have tried everything in this help forum and i have deleted the game and re-installed it.....

There's a very clearly stated article in the first post for people having problems, there is not a single person who I have actually helped where one of the items has not solved their problems.

There are also clear instructions of how to request more help. If people can't provide the required information, I can't help them...

Delete Gamedata\Shared and then verify the game cache.

boa noite, meu game stock car nao entra.. nao aparece nenhuma msg simplesmente nao entra. clico nele e ele entra e sai automaticamente e nao aparece nenhum erro. oq pode ser.???

I've just got the game and am trying to get it set up, I've gone throught the guide and have done everything it said but the game won't even open.

Everytime I try to start the game it gives me a GSC.exe - Application Error that reads:
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000018). Click OK to close the application."

My PC specs are:
-Intel Core i5-3570
-AMD Radeon HD 7790
-Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Do you have Webroot as your firewall, if you do, try turning it off and then try to run the game.
The error you are getting is conected with Webroot...I had it.

FTruck does work, I do have Webroot as my firewall have tried disabling it but the game still doesn't run, getting the same error.

All sorted now, it was a combination of webroot, and not needing the trace=5 option and forcing admin, so moral of the story is it's the combination of fixes required too!
