After aggroing humanoids, how do you befriend them again?

I got caught stealing and now every humanoid attacks me. How am I able to trade/ accept missions from them again? Or do I have to change allegiances, how do I accomplish that?

You can make the Humoids friendly again by killing a few Neanders. Or, you can switch allegiances by killing more Humoids, then the Neanders will be your pals. :)

Haha ok thanks. Well when the melee Humoids attack the Neanders, I hit them and then no more friendship.

Great :D.But how do you capture bases it says a computer,so i see the comouter and it says a neander computer.but it doesnt tell me how

You need to get a quest to capture bases -- talk with leaders to get a takeover quest. You can keep declining quests until you see a takeover quest to accept. Then, you will be able to use the computer to takeover a base.
