What kind of DRM is "9heads"?

Steam store is saying game has 3rd-party DRM: 9heads . What is this? It is a joke or real DRM? I haven't heard this, anyone knows? Thanks. It is bad like Securom or other DRMs?

Its the name of the Game Studio, maybe they did put their name in the wrong field?
Or they mean they are using a self created DRM system?

When you first launch the game, you are provided with a license code which you use when creating your game account (used to login to the game). Once you have created your account, the license is binded to said account and it will never ask again (even if you remove the game or install it on another machine).
