Another vote for a Linux port.
At the moment I try using wine (1.7.3, ubuntu 12.04 lts, nvidia 331.20), but have some graphical issues. Powerups and the barricades are just black. When I use nitro they become big black boxes, which are taking lot of my sight. Rest seems to work fine.
Any ideas for a workaround?
A native Linux version would be best of course
