Having a problem (day 11 timeframe)

Ok I have a person with everything correct papers wise but the photo, I do the fingerprint check, and I do compare the names saying it is correct but I still get a mark against me for wrong photo and fingerprint check...so if the photo doesn't match just deny it?

a common mistake i did was that I did the check but not actually check whether the text "Matched" came up. i just assumed they were rigth and moved on. just a suggestion :)

You should use "analysis mode" to check the fingerprints because the difference is usually too subtle to detect manually. On day 11, you can skip all that and deny them without doing any fingerprint check, but if you DO use a fingerprint check, then you need to use analysis mode to check the actual prints for a match and deny or detain if the prints don't match with the records.

yeah i know about the fingerprint check in the later days with the extra paperwork. So all and all just deny them and get to the next person?

no if they have to have their finger prints checked there are only 2 outcomes - they match and they go thru, they don't and get detained

barring there wasnt' something else they're in trouble for

Yep. It's not worth it to bother with the fingerprint check if you don't have to do it. Just disregard the "fingerprint" button and use a deny stamp instead. Later, you'll be required to do the fingerprint scan, but for now you can skip it to save time.

nevermind I figured it out...I have to check fingerprints on the one i give and the from the get from the government and detain..mmm money.

if you see the person has the wrong information just check no, don't give them a chance to lie, unless you have a reason why stamp
