I really like Kairo and I like Antichamber for the same reasons.
... XD I own that game also. Very good game too. Some of the puzzles in it were really challenging, as were finding the purple squares. Wonderful game! :/ I have this dreadful feeling that I already own most games similar to Kairo like that, but still hoping someone will mention a gem I don't have yet.

Mmm, lets see...
Kairo, NaissancÉ, rememoried, refunct, cradle, Antichamber, Ether One, Time Frame, Niko: Through the dream, Old City: Leviathan, Polarity, Mind: Path to thalamus, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, the Void, Trauma, Euclidean. Some of these imo don't belong in the same category as Kairo but I thought I'd mention them anyway because they're a 1rst person kind of a deal. Solus project does kind of interest me!
Lets distinguish the exploration-themed games from those harder on the puzzle aspect.
Recently I discovered Parallax, regarding the pure first perspective puzzlers, though it seems a bit on the pricey side. On the Antichamber forum someone gave a notice about the incoming release of a product named Manifold Garden. Though seeming like deemed to success, I am afraid it will fall short, inevitably being compared to Antichamber. Unless the price is very approachable, which is rather unexpected, at least shortly after the premiere.

I bet you heard of Talos Principle and Portal?
Thank you - they both look very interesting. I'm actually very curious about manifold garden; endless mathematical patterns and such. Parallax looks good too; I'll probably try it.

I really don't trust teh video; how is the game? I've heard very splitty opinions about it so I'm curious to hear from someone who played it directly.
