Any responsible developer would have clearly labeled these pictures as "concept art" or some such disclaimer.

Regardless of whether or not people can buy the game through Steam, these "screenshots" are deceptive. Someone seeing these deceptive "screenshots" could be persuaded by them into buying the game elsewhere. As such they have no business being on the Steam store page, unless they are clearly marked as "not actual game play" or "concept art" or "photoshoped lies" .

All I'll say is that I bought War Z off steam 4 months ago and have not played the game for over a month... O_o
