are you also banned by punkbuster. hammerpoint can unban you from punkbuster. so if you were also banned by punkbuster you will need to contact evenbalance and work it out with them

I already sent ticket to ff, and the answer to this above, I think I was just banned by ff because I read that the ban by punkbuster a message with a number of protocol, I only see the message:
